MOBILTEX, a leading provider of innovative IIoT hardware and software solutions for cathodic protection and pipeline integrity remote monitoring within a broad range of industrial and municipal markets, continues to expand its leadership team with the appointment of Walker Williams as Vice President, Corporate Development.
Walker will lead MOBILTEX’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiative, overall corporate development strategy, and global expansion. He will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of strategic transactions, from deal sourcing and investment thesis development through execution and integration planning, while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive long-term value creation. Walker will report directly to Ed Quilty, CEO and will work closely with the senior leadership team and Board of Directors to identify and evaluate transformative growth opportunities that will build upon MOBILTEX’s position as a global leader in the industry.

“I’m excited to join MOBILTEX at such an important point in its journey. The company has a strong foundation in remote monitoring, critical infrastructure technology, and connected data solutions, and I see a meaningful opportunity to help accelerate the next phase of growth through disciplined strategic execution, innovation, and acquisitions. I’m looking forward to partnering with Ed and the team to expand our company’s capabilities and create long-term value for customers and stakeholders,” said Walker.
Walker brings a deep level of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, and transaction execution across sponsor-backed and public company environments. Prior to joining MOBILTEX, he served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Cotton Holdings, where he led acquisition strategy and execution for a private equity-backed infrastructure and services platform. Earlier in his career, Walker worked in Energy & Power Investment Banking at JP Morgan, advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic financings, and capital markets transactions. His analytical rigor, transaction expertise, and collaborative leadership style position him to help MOBILTEX scale and execute its next phase of expansion.
