CATHODIC PROTECTION DATA LOGGER WITH GPS RECEIVER
The CorTalk uDL1 is one of the industry’s smallest and toughest devices for collecting AC and DC measurements from cathodic protection systems. Designed to fit under standard CP test caps, this rechargeable device automatically begins operation when connected to a measurement cable and stores up to 2,000,000 readings.
Periodic field surveys of cathodic protection systems can’t identify frequent, short-term events that can seriously impact pipeline integrity. MOBILTEX data loggers solve this challenge with pocket-sized, highly accurate devices that are designed to be quickly installed inside rectifiers and test stations to measure and record critical performance parameters from the Cathodic Protection system.
Each device offers a wide range of configurable settings that includes sample rate, current measurement ranges, time, geo-location and more. A tough enclosure, combined with durable components provides reliable operation in the harshest of operating conditions, while a long-lasting rechargeable battery ensures months of operation.
AC Interference [ACI] : DC Interference [DCI] : AC Mitigation : Stray Current Remote Monitoring

|
Q: What is the difference between the G1 and G2 Advanced uDL1?
The next generation of Advanced uDL1 utilizes new hardware with additional features. The primary improvement is the addition of interruption tracking. When this feature is enabled, you can program your interruption cycle parameters into the uDL1. The G2 uDL1 will record measurements during the On and Off cycles of your interruption survey.
The memory capacity for the Advanced uDL1 G2 is 2,000,000 samples (1,000,000 for the Advanced uDL1 G1).
Q: What are the measurement ranges of the uDL1?
Range | Potential |
Low | +/- 150mVDC, 110mV true RMS AC, 150mVpeak |
Medium | +/- 20VDC, 14V true RMS AC, 20Vpeak |
High | +/-150VDC, 106V true RMS AC, 150Vpeak |
