In these uncertain and challenging times that we are all facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to share an update with you on how Mobiltex is responding.

Our Employees

The health and safety of our employees and our community is our top priority. Employees that are not involved in manufacturing have successfully transitioned to remote working environments, including finance, engineering, sales and customer service teams. We have a comprehensive process in place to protect our employees who continue to work from our office and manufacturing facility, including regular disinfection of surfaces, adding a second production shift to allow employees more space, and avoiding large group gatherings. We have also secured a lease on a second stocking and shipping facility that is remote from our head office to further protect our employees and mitigate risk.

Customer Support

We are 100% committed to maintain our high level of customer service. We know that you rely on us to monitor your critical corrosion protection systems, and to support your workers both in the field and at the office. During this time our customer service personnel are on-line for seamless customer support and our data servers are running and being monitored as usual.

Our Supply Chain is Secure

When the Covid-19 pandemic became known in January, we aggressively moved to increase our parts inventories, and as a result we are well positioned for the next several months. Our vertically integrated manufacturing facility in Calgary means that our production risk is further mitigated as we have minimal reliance on offshore manufacturing. As a result, we have been minimally impacted by any supply chain disruptions and will be able to meet most orders within our usual delivery times. We request that you provide us with as much notice as possible into your future product needs to help us manage delivery deadlines for all of our customers.

As we all know the situation remains fluid, but please know that we are committed to helping our customers through this difficult period as we continue to help you protect and monitor your critical infrastructure. We will continue to monitor and adjust to the situation over the next several weeks and we will continue to communicate business updates.
